Especially the techniques of the classical Thai massage from northern Thailand are an amazing addition to the assists I give during my yoga classes. They enable me to make you experience your yoga poses deeper.

So, in 2017 I went to Chiang Mai in Thailand for the Thai massage study program, completed levels 1, 2 and 3 and graduated.

In my yoga studio I mostly give Thai massages, besides intuitive back massages, relaxing foot massages and a lovely facial massage. Ask for it!

Relaxing through massage
During a massage you’ll be able to really unwind and this feeling will hold for a while. Furthermore, the massage will dissolve knots and (physical) blockages, making sure your energy will flow uninhibited again.

A Thai massage can be challenging. And it’s supposed to be. Nevertheless, it will bring relaxation (afterwards), just like a yoga class :) A massage in combination with your yoga practise is therefore a great addition.

How does that work in practice?
The massages take place in my yoga studio, where you will sit or lay down on a Thai massage mattress. During the treatment I use touch, pressure points on your body, torsions and stretches. It’s convenient if you wear comfortable clothing: preferably long pants or leggings (joggers) and a long sleeve top. Socks are nice as well but please take care your feet are clean. So you keep your clothes on!

After a Thai massage it’s wise to rest and not to plan or do much.

Prices of the massages
Below you’ll find the prices of the massage options:

Thai massage (30 min.) = € 40
Thaise massage (60 min.) = € 65
Thaise massage (90 min.) = € 100
Head and face massage (Chinese/Thai) (25 min.) = € 40

Strippenkaart voor 5 massages van 60 minuten = € 295 (1 jaar / 12 maanden geldig)

How to book a massage

I only work by appointment, preferably before or after a yoga class.
