Dive into yoga<\/p>\n
In this course we\u2019ll submerge ourselves fully into Ashtanga Yoga. You\u2019ll learn and experience the effect of the yoga poses (asana\u2019s) on the body and the mind\/spirit, relevant yoga and karmic philosophy and will get an introduction in meditation.<\/p>\n
In these interactive course days we will discover and discuss Patanjali\u2019s Yoga Sutra\u2019s, look into the Bhagavad Gita, address prana, breathing techniques and pranayama and talk about karma and the kosha\u2019s. With this series of classes you\u2019ll deepen your yoga experience and gives you tools to share yoga with others. And you\u2019ll get a better understanding of your own health and well-being.<\/p>\n

Afterwards you\u2019ll have at least 8 sets of asana\u2019s to use yourself or to share with others, a thorough view on the physical side of yoga and a decent base in yoga philosophy. \nEach class is 4 hours with approximately 2,5 hours of philosophy and 1,5 hours of asana\u2019s.<\/p>\n
