My yoga studio was a one-woman show for a long time, but now I'm supported by two wonderful colleagues. We share a great love for yoga, but differ in our dynamics, qualities, and approach to teaching. I'm thrilled that we can offer such diversity!
Diego has a background in martial arts and a strong but calm, grounded approach to his classes.
Tineke was a nurse for a long time, is a tattoo artist, and comes from the Bhakti yoga tradition. Her classes are balm for the soul and the body.
I, Petri, made art, worked in a bookstore, and after two burnouts, noticed that yoga gave me the strength and peace to be firmly grounded in life. My classes are unconventional and rooted in an ancient tradition from the Himalayas, simultaneously.
The three of us lovingly pass on the yoga tradition, respecting its origins while simultaneously remaining fully present in the now. We do see you, the participant, and will create space for your yoga practice. Just as we, the teachers, are different, so are our participants. We cherish this diversity in our yoga classes. So whether you're a beginner, advanced practitioner, or somewhere in between, you're very welcome to join our classes!
