Dive into yoga
In this course we’ll submerge ourselves fully into Ashtanga Yoga. You’ll learn and experience the effect of the yoga poses (asana’s) on the body and the mind/spirit, relevant yoga and karmic philosophy and will get an introduction in meditation.
In these interactive course days we will discover and discuss Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra’s, look into the Bhagavad Gita, address prana, breathing techniques and pranayama and talk about karma and the kosha’s. With this series of classes you’ll deepen your yoga experience and gives you tools to share yoga with others. And you’ll get a better understanding of your own health and well-being.

Afterwards you’ll have at least 8 sets of asana’s to use yourself or to share with others, a thorough view on the physical side of yoga and a decent base in yoga philosophy. Each class is 4 hours with approximately 2,5 hours of philosophy and 1,5 hours of asana’s.
English or Dutch spoken, depending on the participants.
