There are regularly meditation courses at Yoga Hathi. The goal of these courses is to give you a solid foundation to be able to meditate independently. For this we use techniques from yoga theory and philosophy.
A new meditation course will start in January 2025.
The meditation lessons are interactive and consist of exercises, practical tips and theory. The time between the classes is meant for practice. So there is also homework...
The meditation courses are alternately in Dutch and English. They will only take place if there are enough registrations, but the group won't be too large, giving enough time for personal attention. Therefore this course is also suitable if you are currently going through a difficult period. Experience with physical yoga is not necessary.
