There are regularly meditation courses at Yoga Hathi. The goal of these courses is to give you a solid foundation to be able to meditate independently. For this we use techniques from yoga theory and philosophy.
The new course starts on the 9th of May 2026! The complete set of dates is: May 9 and 30, June 13 and 27 and July 11, on Saturdays from 11:15 to 13:15. The costs are € 225, including a reader.

The meditation lessons are interactive and consist of exercises, practical tips and theory. The time between the classes is meant for practice. So there is also homework...
The meditation courses are in Dutch or English, whichever is required. They will only take place with sufficient registrations, but the group will not be too large, ensuring there is enough time for personal attention. This makes the course suitable if you are currently going through a difficult period. Experience with physical yoga is not necessary.
